Sine Rule calculations – GCSE maths grade 7

Sine Rule

These videos look at sine rule type questions, and are aimed at around grade 7 GCSE maths. These questions can be a little challenging, and you will need to take a little time to practice – particularly as some of the problems also involve Pythagoras or SohCahToa.

The first video is all about the theory, the second video aims to give you some experience with the sine rule as a word problem.

These types of questions appear in all the main GCSE exam boards – Edexcel, AQA, OCR and Educas – and are fairly common for non calculator papers.
