Brilliant, easy to use, maths worksheets ideal for KS2

April 26, 2015 by Simon

Here’s a useful resource, ideal for KS2, with over 21,000 FREE maths worksheets for multiplication, addition, fractions, decimals, geometry, measurement and many other maths topics.

Math-Drills.com was launched in 2005 with around 400 math worksheets. Since then, they have added tens of thousands more. There is a continual improvement programme, based on feedback and suggestions, and the site is very easy to use. While the site is essentially for American students it is very useful to assess students’ mastery of basic maths facts, to give students extra maths practice, to teach new maths strategies, and to save planning time.

Most of the site users are classroom teachers, parents and homeschoolers.

Special education teachers, adult educators, tutors and tutoring services, colleges and universities, high school math teachers, and students themselves also use Math-Drills.com on a regular basis. Special education teachers especially like that the site breaks down math skills and provides large-print options. Adult learners appreciate the simple uncluttered format that the worksheets offer.

Tutors and tutoring companies use the maths worksheets to reduce costs and focus on student learning. High school, college and university educators often need remedial resources for students who pursue higher education, and many of them choose Math-Drills.com.

Students who practice their math skills with math worksheets during school breaks keep their maths skills sharp for the next school term. As the site provides answer keys, students are able to self-assess and use the immediate feedback to analyse and correct errors in their work.

Highly recommended!
