Convert unit questions are usually non-calculator, around 2 – 4 marks, and appear in all the main GCSE exam boards – Edexcel, AQA, OCR and Educas

Here’s the questions on convert units:
1. Convert 1500 metres to kilometres (1 mark)
2. Convert 8.7km to metres (1 mark)
3. Convert 3420 grams to kilograms (1 mark)

19. Convert 25cm^3 to mm^3 (2 marks)
20. Convert 4.5m^3 to cm^3 (2 marks)
21. Convert 12km/h to m/s (2 marks)
22. Convert 54km/h to m/s (2 marks)
23. Convert 60m/s to km/h (2 marks)
24. Convert 22m/s to km/h (2 marks)
25. You can use this graph to change between £ (pounds) and $ (dollars)
(a) Change £60 to Dollars $ (1 mark)
(b) Change $50 to Pounds £ (1 mark)
(c) Change £180 to Dollars $ (2 marks)
26. You can use this graph to change between miles (m) and kilometres (km)
(a) Change 40 kilometres (km) to miles (m) (1 mark)
(b) Change 50 miles (m) to kilometres (km) (1 mark)
(c) Jane drives at a speed of 45mph. Work out Jane’s speed in km/h (1 mark)
